By using TopMineServers ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site does

TopMineServers is a directory and voting platform for Minecraft servers operated by independent third parties. We are not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or any server listed here. We don't host, moderate, or operate any of the Minecraft servers listed — each server is run by its own owner, under its own rules.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Don't share your password or create accounts using false information.

3. Listing a server

You may list a Minecraft server for free if you own it or are authorized to represent it. You're responsible for the accuracy of your listing's IP, description, images and links. We reserve the right to remove listings that are inaccurate, abandoned, offline for an extended period, or that violate these terms.

4. Voting and reviews

Votes and reviews must reflect genuine opinions from real players. Manipulating votes — through bots, scripts, incentivized mass-voting outside a server's own votifier rewards, or multiple accounts — is prohibited and may result in vote resets or listing removal. Reviews must relate to the server being reviewed; spam, harassment, or off-topic content may be removed.

5. Verified and Featured placements

Verified status and Featured placement are optional paid upgrades. They affect badge display, ranking boosts among equally-voted servers, and homepage placement — they do not guarantee any specific outcome such as player counts or revenue. Payment terms are arranged directly and are non-refundable once the upgrade period has started, except where required by law.

6. Prohibited conduct

Don't use the Site to distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content; don't attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access other users' accounts or admin systems; don't scrape the Site at a rate that degrades service for others.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee any listed server's uptime, safety, or content — joining a third-party server is at your own risk. Live status, player counts and ping are best-effort measurements and may occasionally be inaccurate due to network conditions outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopMineServers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any listed server.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the Site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
